Cavaliers’ LeBron James denies that a trade to bring Carmelo Anthony to Cleveland is being discussed.
On Friday, it was reported by Frank Isola of the New York Daily News that the Cavaliers had discussed a three-team trade with the Celtics and Knicks, that would have brought Carmelo Anthony to Cleveland.
While the trade would certainly be one of the biggest blockbusters in quite some time, Cavaliers star Lebron James says there is no truth to the report that his close friend Anthony may soon be his teammate.

According to the Daily News, the trade would send picks and players, including Timofey Mozgov, to the Knicks as part of the deal. Mozgov was previously traded from New York to the Nuggets as part of the swap that brought Anthony to Madison Square Garden back in 2011.
The NBA trade deadline this season is set for Thursday, Feb. 18.
