Watch: Win Butler brings up health care in Celebrity Game MVP speech
After an interview with ESPN’s Sage Steele, Celebrity All-Star Game MVP Win Butler brought up health care and the United States’ upcoming presidential election.

Win Butler, the lead vocalist for the Montreal-based band Arcade Fire, won MVP honors at the Celebrity All-Star Game in Toronto on Friday after scoring 15 points and collecting 14 rebounds for Team Canada. What happened afterward was rather bizarre.
After an interview with ESPN’s Sage Steele, Butler brought up health care and the United States’ upcoming presidential election as music played the broadcast out. He was then cut off by Steele.
“We’re talking about celebrity stuff, not politics,” she said.
