Watch: Isaiah Thomas blocks Chris Paul fast-break layup from behind

Tuesday March 29th, 2016

Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas may be the shortest All-Star in NBA history but he still has serious hops.

In the first quarter of Monday’s game against the Clippers, Thomas chased down Chris Paul on a fast break and blocked what Paul thought was an easy layup attempt.

Paul stole the ball from Thomas but Thomas didn’t give up on the play and rose to swat the ball away as Paul approached the rim.

Thomas, listed at 5'9", entered the game with six blocked shots this season.
