As the Knicks and Pelicans were wrapping things up on Monday night, a small fan ran out on the floor to give Carmelo Anthony a hug, then he ran back to his seat like nothing happened.

Melo tapped the kid on the head, while his mother seemed to be in good spirits about the whole thing.

The Pelicans won, 99–91, but this small child won all of our hearts.
