Draymond Green had words for a reporter after he was asked to compare the Warriors’ play in Houston to the area’s flooding.
“You’re trying to get a controversial statement out of me,” Green told the reporter. “But you’re not, because I feel sorry for the people of Houston.”
Houston experienced flooding last May, when the Rockets and Warriors squared off in the NBA playoffs. The area is still feeling the affects of a flood this month.
Golden State defeated Houston 121–94 in Game 4 on Sunday to take a 3–1 series lead.
