Raptors’ Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) out for Game 1 vs. Cavaliers

Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas is out for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers and is doubtful for Game 2 with an ankle injury, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Valanciunas sprained his ankle in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Miami Heat. Bismack Biyombo has started in his absence, and finished Game 7 with 17 points and 16 rebounds.

In his 10 postseason games, Valanciunas was averaging 15 points, 12.1 rebounds and 1.4 blocks.
