Stephen Curry responded Saturday to Russell Westbrook’s reaction to a question about the Warriors star’s defense.
Following Golden State’s Western Conference Finals Game 5 victory over the Thunder, a reporter asked Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook whether they thought Curry’s defensive abilities were underrated. Westbrook laughed in response to the question, while Durant said Curry is “pretty good, but he doesn't guard the best point guards.”
Curry shrugged off Durant and Westbrook’s response to the question.
“Honestly, I couldn’t care less about other people’s opinions about me,” Curry said, according to Marcus Thompson of the Bay Area News Group. “I know what I do for my team.”
