Indiana Pacers star Paul George will be the cover athlete for the NBA 2K17 video game.
2K unveiled George’s game cover at an event on Wednesday. George is depicted on the cover in both his Pacers and Team USA jerseys. George rebounded from a broken leg suffered playing for the U.S. and put together a complete bounce-back season in 2015-16, averaging 23.1 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game and leading Indiana to the playoffs.
The 26-year-old George will cover the standard edition of the game. Retiring Lakers star Kobe Bryant will cover a special “Legend Edition” of 2K17, celebrating his lengthy, historic career.
George is known as an avid player of the 2K video game.
