In the wake of Warriors forward Draymond Green’s Flagrant 1 foul and automatic suspension for hitting Cavaliers star LeBron James in the groin, James’s teammate, Kevin Love, said the move is viewed as a sign of “disrespect.”

“You don’t see it too much,” Love told reporters on Sunday, according to Diamond Leung of The Mercury News. “But, yeah, I think it is looked at as a form of disrespect.”

Late in the fourth quarter of Game 4, as the Warriors attempted to secure a victory, James became tangled up with Green, causing Green to fall to the floor. James then stepped over Green, causing him to get up off the floor, swing his arm between James’s legs, and have words with the Cavaliers star.

The most memorable stepover move came in the 2001 Finals, when Iverson stared down then-Lakers guard Tyronn Lue after a three and hopped him on the way back up the floor. It was seen as a great move of disrespect.

The Warriors, up 3–1 in the series, can clinch the Finals on Monday night in Oakland, Calif.
