Today, USA Basketball officially announced the 2016 U.S. Olympic Men’s team that will be heading to Rio. The roster, which features six Olympic and/or FIBA World Cup gold medalists, is headlined by Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony.

With the team searching for its third consecutive gold medal, Nike will again serve as the team's uniform provider. The Swoosh officially unveiled its United States Nike Vapor basketball uniforms with Aeroswift technology. The jerseys are more tailored and breathable compared to past years. The home kit features a clean white palette with a speckle of blue accents, from obsidian to deep royal blue. Crimson appears on the USA lettering and trim of the shorts.

Nine out of the 12 players on the roster are Nike or Jordan athletes and took to Twitter to unveil their USA jerseys. The brand also previewed some of the sneakers the team will be rocking in Rio. Can this be a preview of what’s to come once the Swoosh takes over the NBA in 2017–18?
