Kris Dunn showed why he was taken fifth in his Las Vegas Summer League debut with a devastating crossover that sent JaKarr Sampson to the ground on Friday night.

The point guard also had the crowd on its feet earlier in the game, finishing an alley-oop from Tyus Jones for the first points of the game.

The former Providence College standout was 10 for 17 from the field with 27 points as the Timberwolves fell to the Nuggets 88–82.

In his final season at Providence, Dunn averaged 16.4 points and 5.8 assists per game while leading the Friars to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1997.
