Report: Blazers, C.J. McCollum agree to four-year, $106 million extension

The Portland Trail Blazers and guard C.J. McCollum have agreed to a four-year contract extension worth the maximum $106 million, The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
McCollum, 24, is coming off a breakout season in 2015–16 in which he averaged 20.8 points and 4.3 rebounds per game on 41.7% shooting from three. After coming off the bench during the first two years of his career, McCollum was elevated on the depth chart and started 80 games alongside point guard Damian Lillard, playing an average of 34.8 minutes.
Portland brought back 24-year-old wing Allen Crabbe earlier in the off-season, matching a maximum offer sheet he signed with the Nets, and re-signed center Meyers Leonard on a four-year, $41 million deal. They also signed free-agent guard Evan Turner to a four-year contract worth $70 million.
The Trail Blazers took McCollum with the 10th pick in the 2013 draft out of Lehigh.
