The NBA off-season is in a quiet point with training camps not starting for another month, but there is still plenty of buzz around the league as teams are trying to put the finishing touches on their rosters via free agency or through trades. 

The Miami Heat may get a welcome boost from Chris Bosh, who expects to be cleared to return to the team for training camp, according to ESPN's Michael Wallace

• The Indiana Pacers have expressed interest in signing free-agent big man Kevin Seraphin, reports Jorge Sierra of HoopsHype.
