Report: LeBron James’s production company sells sports medicine drama to NBC

LeBron James is continuing to make waves in the entertainment world.

The Cavaliers star’s production company, SpringHill Entertainment, has sold an untitled sports medicine drama to NBC, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Sports surgeon Dr. James Andrews will help out as an executive consultant.

The company first worked on a documentary about James in 2009 titled More Than a Game, and has since produced the Star sitcom Survivor’s Remorse and The LeBrons, a web series. James was also praised for his role in the box office hit Trainwreck last summer.

James is coming off a historic NBA Finals in 2016 that saw his Cavaliers come from 3–1 down for the first time in history to capture the title.
