It appears Kevin Garnett is bound for television.

The recently retired future NBA Hall of Famer will be joining TNT’s NBA coverage in a to-be-announced capacity, which the network teased with a promo video on Twitter Thursday night. The former Timberwolves and Celtics star, known for his candor, would join Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley on TNT’s roster of former players-turned-analysts.

The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski confirmed Garnett will join the studio show, and also reports he is discussing serving as a consultant with teams including the Cavaliers and Bucks. He could reportedly work for multiple teams as a roving assistant of sorts.

Garnett, 40, retired from the NBA last month as a member of the Timberwolves, where he began his career. Shortly after retiring, he appeared at a Clippers practice to help out former coach Doc Rivers, who has extended an open invitation for Garnett to work with the team.
