NBA DFS Yahoo Daily Plays (Wednesday, 10/30)

Corey Parson's NBA DFS Yahoo Daily Plays provides recommendations for the day's slate based on matchup, data and metrics.
nba-dfs-kemba-walker

We’ve got a big, 11-game NBA slate on deck for tonight. Some of the game’s top players sit atop the board salary-wise. There are two marquee matchups tonight: The Bucks and Celtics play in Boston and Clippers and Jazz play in Utah. The Rockets-Wizards game has the highest total on the night, followed by Suns-Warriors. Let's take an early look at the Yahoo slate.

SG James Harden, Houston Rockets ($54)

James Harden is off to a slow start on the season, only making six of the 40 three-point shots he has taken. Harden's price and recent struggles may drive his ownership down but he is well worth the risk vs the Wizards tonight.

PG Kemba Walker, Boston Celtics ($36)

The Celtics’ new leader, Kemba Walker, has a great price tonight and he may be overlooked as there are plenty of top point guards to choose from. Walker's fantasy production has gone up in every game he has played.

PF Frank Kaminsky, Phoenix Suns ($16)

I think I'm going to get a Frank Kaminsky jersey. That's how much fun it has been watching him and the Suns play this season. In the game with the second-highest implied total on the night, look for Kaminsky to do work. He is already averaging close to 30 fantasy points per contest.

SG Bradley Beal, Washington Wizards ($39)

The Wizards and the Rockets play tonight in D.C. in the game with the highest implied total on the slate. Beal has struggled with his shot to start the season, but his usage rate and price make him a solid play tonight on Yahoo.

SF Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder ($26)

Gilgeous-Alexander has looked very good to start his career with the Thunder. The second-year guard is logging a ton of minutes and averaging 23 points per game. Tonight, OKC faces off against the Trailblazers, who are 20th ranked versus opposing guards.

C Tristan Thompson, Cleveland Cavaliers ($20)

Tristan Thompson has been dominating to start the season. He is playing over 30 minutes per contest and averaging a double-double. Tonight, the Cavs take on the Bulls, who are 21st in the league versus opposing centers. Thompson is one of my favorite plays on Yahoo tonight.
