NBA DFS DraftKings Daily Plays (Thursday, 1031)

Only three games on the NBA DFS slate for tonight. Atlanta and Miami conclude their home-and-home series. Trae Young will not be in the lineup for the Hawks. The Nuggets play the Pelicans in New Orleans and that game has the highest implied total. Kawhi Leonard should return from a load management night when the Clipper host the Spurs.

Here is an early look at some of my favorite potential plays on DraftKings:

C Nikola Jokic, Denver Nuggets ($10,000)

Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic is off to a slow start. His points per game, shooting percentage, are way down early in the season. The matchup vs. the Pelicans will give Jokic a chance to get on track. New Orleans is allowing opposing centers to shoot over 48% from the field.

C Bam Adebayo, Miami Heat ($7,600)

It appears an increase in minutes was all that Bam Adebayo needed. In his third season, he is averaging career-highs across the board while he playing over 30 minutes per game. Opposing centers have averaged 24 points per game vs the Hawks.

PF/C LaMarcus Aldridge, San Antonio Spurs ($7,200)

LaMarcus Aldridge is the best power forward on tonight's three-game slate. The undefeated Spurs will lean on Aldridge vs. the Clippers.

SF/SG Kevin Huerter, Atlanta Hawks ($3,400)

Kevin Huerter is a very good young ballplayer; he just doesn't get enough opportunities. With Trae Young sidelined for the next week, Huerter will have a chance to show off his offensive game. The second-year Terp alum should play close to 30 minutes.

PG/SG Kendrick Nunn, Miami Heat ($5,600)

Kendrick Nunn has played very well so far in his rookie season. he is playing over 30 minutes a game and shooting the three at a 44% clip.
