Steph Curry Drops Strong Line About Draymond Green After Warriors Win

Steph Curry recorded a spectacular shooting performance, going 12-for-25 from the floor along with six three-pointers in the Warriors’ 114–97 victory against the Kings on Thursday night without Golden State forward Draymond Green in the lineup.

Green served his widely discussed one-game suspension without pay for stomping on the chest of Kings center Domantas Sabonis chest in the fourth quarter of Game 2 on Monday. The NBA’s stance on suspending Green for Game 3 was based on the forward’s “excessive over the top actions”, detrimental conduct and his longstanding history of being a “repeat offender” of flagrant fouls.

However, after Golden State’s Game 3 win, Curry reminded the league about the history of the Warriors, a franchise that has won fourth NBA championships in the last eight seasons.

“They say Draymond’s got a history, so do we,” Curry told TNT after the game.

The Warriors will seek to tie the best-of-seven series at 2–2 on Sunday in Game 4 against the Kings on their home floor, with Green returning to the lineup.
