76ers coach Doc Rivers announced Saturday that Joel Embiid is doubtful for game 1 of Philadelphia's second round series against the Celtics.

The first game of the semifinal series is slated for May 1. Embiid has not played since suffering a sprained knee during Game 3 of the series against the Nets.

The 76ers star center was ruled out of Philadelphia's series-clinching Game 4 win against Brooklyn last Saturday.
