Suns’ Devin Booker Set to Return From Injury, per Report

After the Suns were forced to navigate the first 10 games of their season shorthanded, the team reportedly is set to play at full strength for the first time.

Phoenix guard Devin Booker is expected to return from a calf injury Wednesday night against the Timberwolves, according to a Tuesday morning report from Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic.

Per Rankin, Suns guard Bradley Beal also will play against Minnesota—making the game likely to be the first in the regular season in which Booker, Beal and superstar forward Kevin Durant all play together.

The Suns are currently 4-6, which ranks ninth in the Western Conference standings.

Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker is poised to return to the court after missing the past five games due to injury.

In two games this season before straining his right calf, the three-time All-Star averaged 31.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 10.5 assists.

Booker, Beal and Durant have only played together in the preseason to date. Each reached double figures in Phoenix’s 117-106 preseason victory over the Trail Blazers on Oct. 16.
