Victor Wembanyama Goes Viral After Huge Poster Dunk Over Rockets' Alperen Sengun

Another night, another unreal highlight for the star Spurs rookie.

Another night, another viral highlight for Spurs star Victor Wembanyama, as the rookie phenom found another way to make his presence known amid his much-hyped first season.

With the Spurs battling the Rockets on the road, Wembanyama secured a pass off a pick-and-roll in the third quarter. Awaiting Wemby under the rim was a contest from Rockets center Alperen Şengün, who quickly learned the dangers of jumping with the French sensation.

As Sengun looked for the block, Wembanyama came flying toward the basket with a thunderous, one-hand dunk atop the big man’s head, instantly giving the 19-year-old his latest memorable play for fans to be in awe over:

Although he was already considered to be a problem, Wembanyama’s takeoff and jam in Houston certainly further proved that point in a major way. 

As for Sengun, whom many call baby Nikola Jokic, the electric sequence, despite his admirable defense, will be remembered in an entirely different way for the third-year standout and Rockets fans.
