Nikola Jokić Addresses Possibility of Teaming Up With Luka Dončić

In this story:
Nikola Jokić and Luka Dončić provided plenty of amusing moments on and off the court during the NBA’s All-Star break, from messing with each other during press conferences to literally having a game of catch while heading down the court during the All-Star Game.
But what if Jokić and Dončić, two of the greatest European players in NBA history, teamed up on the same franchise?
A reporter asked Jokić whether it would be possible for he and Dončić to play together one day. The Denver Nuggets big man responded by saying that if the potential duo came to fruition, he would want it to be in Denver, not with the Dallas Mavericks, as translated by Miroslav Ćuk on X, formerly Twitter.
"I don’t want to leave Denver... If Luka gets pissed off in Dallas, he can come."

Nikola Jokic says he'd be open to teaming up with Luka Doncic but only on the Nuggets.

“I don’t know. It’s possible. I don’t want to leave Denver. I like it there, and it’s a great organization. But if Luka gets pissed off in Dallas, he can come,” Jokić said in his native Serbian.
Given the joking nature between Jokić and his Slovenian counterpart, it’s quite possible that he said this in tongue-in-cheek fashion.
But it’s still fun to imagine what Jokić, a two-time NBA MVP, and Dončić, a five-time All-Star, could accomplish together.
