Former Sixer Takes Shot at Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo

This season, the Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks are two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference. Following a recent scuffle involving Giannis Antetokounmpo, a former lottery pick took a shot at the two-time MVP.
On Wednesday night, the Bucks and Indiana Pacers faced off for the first time since their matchup in the In-Season Tournament semifinals. Giannis ended up having a career night, notching a franchise-record 64 points in a double-digit win for Milwaukee.
After the game, Giannis wanted the game ball. However, the Pacers had taken it to give to a rookie who had scored his first career points that night. Chaos then ensued as Giannis went on a war path to obtain the ball from his historic night.

Among the many people around the league who shared their thoughts on the event was former Sixer Evan Turner. He took to Twitter to take a slight jab at the Bucks star for his actions.

Turner, now out of the league, was drafted second overall by the Sixers in 2010. He spent three-and-a-half seasons with the team before being traded to the Indiana Pacers. His final season was in 2020, when he appeared in 19 games for the Atlanta Hawks.
Following his playing days, Turner had a brief stint as an assistant coach for the Boston Celtics. Now, he has partnered up with another former Sixer, Andre Iguodala, to do the "Point Forward" podcast.
