While he was happy with his teammate’s achievement, the Greek Freak was also quick to give Khash Money some friendly reminders.
“It’s really cool, but he’s not catching me,” Antetokounmpo jokingly said. “He’s got a long way to go. No, but it’s awesome.”
Middleton scored 18 points when the Bucks defeated the Washington Wizards, 142-129, on Monday night.

Khris’ output gave him 11,595 points as a Buck, overtaking Sidney Moncrief for the fourth spot in the franchise scoring list. Giannis is way ahead in the scoring ladder with 16,540 points. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is in second place with 14,211 points.

Giannis also achieved his own franchise feat during the match as he tied Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most games with 30+ points, 10+ rebounds, and 5+ assists with 106 games each.

An extra special win
The separate franchise milestones that the two Milwaukee stars achieved were the icing on the cake in what was another impressive win by the Bucks. Giannis had 42 points and 13 rebounds in the win as Milwaukee stretched its winning streak to a season-high five.
With the win, the 10-4 Bucks inched closer to the Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia Sixers, who are first and second in the Eastern Conference standings. Boston is at number one spot with an 11-3 record, while Philadelphia is second with a 10-3 slate.
Milwaukee and Boston are set for a gigantic duel when they play each other on Wednesday night.
