After months of speculation, the trade has finally been done, mere hours before the trade deadline, as the Milwaukee Bucks have managed to acquire Jae Crowder via a three-team trade.

Good trade for the Bucks?

Jae Crowder, who was a part of the huge Kevin Durant trade this morning, is not going to spend too much time in Brooklyn, as he got traded to Bucks in a three-team trade that includes the Nets and the Pacers along with Milwaukee.

The Brooklyn Nets will get five second-round picks, and the Indiana Pacers will receive George Hill, Serge Ibaka, and Jordan Nwora, along with two second-round picks.

What does this mean for the Bucks?

The Bucks finally got the guy they have been eyeing for quite some time now. The experienced 3&D forward has not played a minute this season due to his decision to sit out until traded, but Crowder could be a real X-Factor for the Bucks once the playoffs arrive.

The Bucks needed more depth, shooting, and experience at the wings, and Jae fits the bill perfectly. To add to that, the Bucks didn't have to sacrifice any of their rotation players, but rather future draft compensation that doesn't mean too much to this contending team, and a couple of guys in Ibaka, Nwora, and Hill that haven't really contributed much this season.
