As the Chicago Bulls honor those who helped make the franchise what it is now, the current team will try to give the fans more things to cheer about when they battle the struggling Golden State Warriors on Friday at the United Center.

The Bulls have won three straight, rising to ninth place in the Eastern Conference standings with an 18-21 record. After winning back-to-back overtime games, the Bulls will try to keep their winning run going against Steph Curry and the beleaguered Warriors.

Ring of Honor night

At halftime of this game, the Bulls will commemorate the inaugural class of the Ring of Honor, celebrating some of the franchise’s greatest players, coaches, and executives. Honorees include Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Jerry Sloan, Phil Jackson, and more.

Meanwhile, the Bulls will seek to get inspiration from the greats before them in a match-up against a Warriors team that is not only lacking players but inspiration, losing their last two games by a total of 51 points.

Healthy roster

Outside of Lonzo Ball and Torrey Craig, the Bulls will come into the match with a full arsenal. Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic are already back in the starting five, joining Alex Caruso, DeMar DeRozan, and the white-hot Coby White.

The Warriors, on the other hand, will not have veterans Chris Paul and Draymond Green, as well as young wingman Moses Moody, who didn’t finish their last game due to a calf injury.
