Dillon Brooks Sends Message to Grizzlies After Beating Them

In this story:
Houston Rockets forward Dillon Brooks had an emotional game on Friday night. Facing the Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis for the first time in his career, Brooks received a tribute video which was understandably emotional for him.
Now with the Rockets, Brooks wants to beat the Grizzlies every time he faces them, which is what he has done so far. Currently 3-0 vs. the Grizzlies on the season, Brooks picked up his third win over them on Friday, which included a dagger three in the final minute.
When asked after the game about this win, Brooks said, "I don't wanna lose to Memphis ever in my career. Regardless of how we get it. If I go get 20 or if I have zero points, I wanna win every single time we play Memphis, just to let them know that they made a little mistake."

Sending a message to his former team that they made a mistake letting him go, Brooks wants to continue reminding them of that for the rest of his career. While it seemed best for both sides to part ways this offseason, Brooks clearly feels that the Grizzlies could use what he brings, and he does have a point considering how their season has gone.
While injuries have been the biggest story for Memphis this year, they could use some of what Brooks brings.
