During a recent episode of his podcast, Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green was joined by NBA legend Jamal Crawford. The two discussed several topics, including Green's starting five of "warriors" in the NBA that would pair well with his warrior approach to the game.

Selecting Ja Morant, LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Green had praise for each individual player he named on this list. For Morant, Green said, "He ain't backing down from nobody. What did he say? 'I'm running up the chimney.' And he running up that motherf--ker."

One of the requirements for this list was no current Golden State Warriors players, which is why Green did not selected any of his current teammates. Adding Morant to his list, Green loves what the Memphis Grizzlies star brings to the game.

The Warriors and Grizzlies have had some contentious battles over the last few seasons, but there seems to be a lot of mutual respect between them. For Morant, he has solidified himself as one of the top stars in the league, and is ready to remind the world how good he is once he returns from injury next season.

This was a frustrating year for the Grizzlies with all of the injuries, but they have a lot to look forward to next season once Morant and others return.
