Jackson's Grizzlies teammates got a kick out of this, with both Ja Morant and Desmond Bane responding to the follow-up Tweet:
no cap 😂

It was a lighthearted moment for a Grizzlies group that has been at the center of a lot of negative attention over the last few days. After a disappointing end to their season, the Grizzlies have been getting criticized heavily for their inability to back up much of the trash talk they dished out this season. Taking all of this in stride, players like Morant, Bane, and Jackson have all vowed to be better next season.
This was a tough learning lesson for the Grizzlies this season; however, it is one that projects to help them grow. This is a talented group of players that is still learning how to win, and a season like this one is something that could really help push them to the next level.
