The NBA And NBPA Are Working On Ways To Keep Black Voices Heard Once The Season Resumes

With the current events that are going on in an effort to create change in our world concerning equality for black people, the NBA is making an intentional effort to allow its players to continue the momentum that they have created and still use the NBA as their biggest platform.
Speaking at CAA Amplify Town Hall, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says the league and NBPA have had discussions about virtually bringing in civil rights activists & speakers to talk to players in Orlando. He also said the league is exploring ways to “directly engage in policy.”
