Trae Young Breaks Down What Hawks Need to Improve on Going Forward

In this story:
The offense for the Hawks has not been the problem this season, but especially not in the last two games. Atlanta has scored 299 points in the past two games against the Pacers and the Nets, but they are 1-1 in those games, mostly due to poor defense on the other end of the court.
After the win against the Nets last night, Trae Young talked about what the Hawks were doing well. but also what they need to improve on going forward:
"We still gave them a lot of points and we can learn a lot from this win, which we will but it is just about finishing. Like I say, it is always good to learn off of a win and I am glad that we can learn after we enjoy our day off for Thanksgiving and spend some time with our families, it is going to be good to come back and play some more."
Young had a rough start to his season shooting the ball, especially from deep, but he is hoping these last two games are going to be what gets him going for the rest of the season:
"I hope so. I just want to be there for my teammates, offensively and defensively, impose my will as much as I can on the game every night when I go out there and play and I always try to make shots for my teammates and they have been going in a little bit more"

The Hawks snapped a three-game losing streak last night in a much-needed win over the Nets and on Saturday, they are going to start a road trip with a game against the Washington Wizards and that is another instance where the Hawks should be scoring plenty of points.
