Miami Heat To Face Chicago Bulls In Friday's Play-In Game

The Miami Heat learned their opponent for Friday's play-in that decides if they make the NBA playoffs.
The Chicago Bulls are up next after Wednesday's victory against the Toronto Raptors. The winner of Friday's game advances to play the No. 1-seeded Milwaukee Bucks in the first round.
The Heat were 0-3 this season against the Bulls, who are led by the high-scoring duo of DeMar DeRozan and Zach Lavine.
Here's a look back at their regular season games against each other:
Oct. 19, 2022: DeRozan had 28 of his 37 points to lead the Bulls to a 116-108 victory in the season-opener in Miami. The Bulls won despite playing without LaVine, who was resting because of a knee injury.
Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 24 points while Tyler Herro added 23.
Dec. 20, 2022: Nikola Vucevic had 29 points and 12 rebounds in the Bulls' 113-110 victory in Miami. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for Chicago.
The Heat, who had their four-game win streak snapped, were playing without Jimmy Butler, Kyle Lowry and Caleb Martin because of injuries. Bam Adebayo led the Heat with 27 points and 12 rebounds.
March 18: DeRozan once again had a big game, scoring 24 points in the Bulls' 113-119 victory. The Heat trailed by many as 27 before making it close late.
