Kyle Lowry Trade Talks Heat Up After ESPN's Kendrick Perkins Says The Los Angeles Clippers Make A Good Fit

In this story:
Guard Kyle Lowry is the Miami Heat's most-discussed player in trade scenarios.
That only gained steam when ESPN's Kendrick Perkins floated the idea of the Los Angeles Clippers being a good fit for Lowry.
"Kyle Lowry is not seeing eye-to-eye with the Miami Heat over there," Perkins said. "Him and Ty Lue are good friends. [The Clippers] could be a perfect fit for him. He don't have to come in and do much. Again, just run the offense."
Fans have expressed their disappointment with Lowry all season. He is averaging 12.2 points and 5.3 assists but the Heat have played just as well with backup Gabe Vincent in the lineup.
Teammates still feel confident in Lowry. He recently scored 17 points, including nine straight in the fourth quarter, in a win against the New Orleans Pelicans.
"Kyle can do that any time he really wants," Heat guard Tyler Herro said. "He's a seasoned vet. He's closed many games, a lot of big games ... Right now, he's just choosing to defer to me, Bam (Adebayo) and Jimmy (Butler) but there's plenty opportunities in front of us where he'll be able to be aggressive. He know, we all know, he can do that."
