Miami Heat's Jimmy Butler Made The Right Call On Inbounds Play That Forced Overtime

In this story:
Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler is not only proving he can be a big-time scorer this postseason.
He's apparently also a pretty good coach.
After the Heat's clinched their series against the Milwaukee Bucks, it was revealed Butler called the inbounds play that forced overtime. He scored on an alley-oop pass from Gabe Vincent.
Butler said he made the choice because it worked earlier this season in February against the Houston Rockets. He also knew it would work because of the way Bucks guard Jrue Holiday defended him all series.
"You could just tell the entire series, for that matter, that Jrue wasn't taking a body off me," Butler said. "He wasn't going to shoot the gap. He wasn't going to do any of that. So I said, `I guarantee whenever I make this turn he's going to be locking and trailing.' ... All in all, we did that and then we handled it in overtime."'
The Heat now begin preparation for the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference semifinals. Game 1 is 1 p.m. Sunday in New York. The game will be televised on ABC.
