Excitement is among all Heat fans since this news broke because they focused on Lillard all offseason. The Brooklyn Nets are reportedly going to make a run at Lillard but the Heat are listed as his top landing spot. It is reported that Portland is expected to accommodate Lillard’s request, meaning that if he wants to be in Miami, Portland will do everything possible to get him there. Miami is aiming to build a Big Three, pairing Lillard with Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
“The Heat are prepared to offer a package centered around Tyler Herro, with possibly Duncan Robinson and picks, sources say. The Heat would prefer to keep Caleb Martin out of any trade scenarios.”

The consensus among fans is to include guard Tyler Herro in the deal. The Trailblazers are not high on Herro, meaning valuable assets alongside him are needed. A package for Lillard could include Herro, Duncan Robinson, Kyle Lowry, and multiple picks. All eyes are on Miami team president Pat Riley in the coming days.
Good luck Dame. Thanks for some amazing memories
