The Denver Nuggets are hosting the Los Angeles Lakers in a marquee matchup on Friday night.

This will be the third of four meetings between these two rivals this regular season. Currently, the season series is tied 1-1. With the standings tightly contested in the Western Conference, winning the season series could have large implications for the NBA Playoffs.

The Nuggets were blown out 123-100 in their last meeting against the Los Angeles Lakers. Luka Doncic led all scorers with 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Aaron Gordon is QUESTIONABLE with right calf injury management and a left ankle sprain.

Trey Alexander is out due to his two-way contract, Christian Braun is probable with left foot inflammation, DaRon Holmes II is out with right Achilles tendon repair, Spencer Jones is out due to his two-way contract, Zeke Nnaji is probable with a left ankle sprain, and Julian Strawther is out with a left knee sprain.
