Patrick Beverley Sends Message to Denver Nuggets

In this story:
Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley is never afraid to speak his mind, even if it might fire up an opponent. Always confident in himself, Beverley knows the impact he makes on the game, even if his numbers don’t jump off the page. This has been the case everywhere Beverley has gone, as he always finds a way to impact winning.
During a recent episode of his Pat Bev Podcast, Beverley called out the defending champion Denver Nuggets, saying he has had his way with them this year.
"I've been having my way with Denver this year," Beverley said. "Belt to ass... I figured it out. The blood is bubbling a little bit when you play the champs. That's just how it goes. You'll get everybody's best punch if you're the champs."

Recently acquired by the Bucks in a trade from the Philadelphia 76ers, Beverley is looking to help them make a deep playoff run. The Bucks have had some struggles under new head coach Doc Rivers, but their recent addition of Beverley, along with their even more recent signing of Danilo Gallinari, should give them some much-needed depth.
As for the Nuggets, there is certainly a chance that they see Beverley and the Bucks in the NBA Finals. There are of course multiple teams in both conferences that have a real opportunity to make the Finals, but the Nuggets and Bucks are certainly two of them. While it has been a bit of a tough go for Milwaukee recently, they have the talent to be a problem for anybody in the league.
