Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry will be named the NBA’s Most Valuable Player for the second year straight in 2016. His dominant season came in a year when the Warriors surpassed the 1995–96 Chicago Bulls’ single-season win record, going 73–9. Curry becomes the 11th player in NBA history to win back-to-back MVP awards, joining LeBron James, Steve Nash and Tim Duncan as the players to accomplish that feat since 2000.
