Today's matinee between the Pistons and the Celtics was a feisty, hotly-contested game with 21 lead changes and 17 ties. Unfortunately in the end, the Pistons came up a bit short losing 113-104. If the Pistons had been able to hang on, it would've marked the first three-game winning streak of the season for Detroit.

Hamidou Diallo was ejected for lightly shoving an official, Isaiah Stewart picked up a technical after getting tangled up with Marcus Smart and Jayson Tatum got a tech for jawing with a ref as well. The game was back and forth with several players for both teams stepping up, which made for a very entertaining contest. Unfortunately, it's another L for the Pistons.

Saddiq Bey, Jerami Grant, Cory Joseph, Cade Cunningham and Marvin Bagley III were all in double figures with Cunningham leading the way with 25. Unfortunately, Tatum and Jaylen Brown scored 26 and 27 respectively. Payton Pritchard also came up big for the Celtics scoring 19, which included knocking down 3-of-5 from three-point range.

Bagley left the game late with what looked like a left ankle injury, but it didn't appear to be major. Hopefully he'll be back immediately as he's starting to prove his value as a lob threat and a presence in the paint. He even stepped out and knocked down a three ball today.

The Pistons will be back at it tomorrow in Charlotte as they try to avoid starting another losing streak.
