ESPN's Baxter Holmes Gives Insight Into Robert Sarver Investigation

On "NBA Today", ESPN's Baxter Holmes gave his insight on Adam Silver's comments after the Robert Sarver investigation concluded.

ESPN's Baxter Holmes was the person who ignited the entire investigation into Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver after a report last November found evidence of racism and sexism directed towards players and employees.

Now, with over 300 people interviewed and 80,000 documents reviewed, the NBA has finally laid down a punishment in the form of a $10 million fine and a one year suspension.

Many believe that's not enough, and Holmes gave his insight into why people feel that way:

Baxter Holmes Gives Insight Into Sarver Investigation

"He referenced in respect to the situation with Donald Sterling, there being a tape and there not being one in this instance. Throughout my reporting process I would certainly hear from current staffers, former staffers, and they would say does all of this not matter if there's not a tape? Does the totality of all the allegations, witness accounts, the people who confirmed things and said 'oh this has been happening for years', does this not matter because there's not a tape?

"He also referenced how, 'how can we know what's in someone's heart?' This also came up a lot during the reporting process, and individuals would say why necessarily does it matter what's in someone's heart when maybe the most important thing is what they do, their actions, that potentially speak louder than words."
