Kevin Durant Reacts to Brutal Aaron Rodgers Injury

In this story:
The entire sporting world was all eyes and ears for tonight's Monday Night Football battle between the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.
It's been a great opening week of football that could only be topped by watching Aaron Rodgers' debut with his new team. Rodgers previously spent well over a decade with the Green Bay Packers before going their separate ways this offseason.
With Rodgers' presence on a Jets team many believed was just one quarterback away from fielding a Super Bowl roster, New York was a hot bet to make a deep push into the postseason with him under center.
Those dreams didn't last very long.
On his first drive at MetLife Stadium, Rodgers was sacked by Bills LB Leonard Floyd and suffered to what appeared to be a lower leg injury. Rodgers tried walking it off but gingerly went to the ground before the Jets' medical team came over.
It was a scene everyone watching hated to see, which extended to Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant.
I’m so sick right now. Get well soon 8…

Rodgers was taken to the blue medical tent via cart before heading to the locker room, where he had x-rays done and was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the night. He reportedly was spotted with a boot on his left leg and the x-rays came back negative.
The official news hasn't quite released, but doctors on Twitter/X don't believe it's good.

Not to scare anyone, but…
It looked like Aaron Rodgers’ left calf trembled, which could indicate Achilles.
He had dealt with a calf strain in camp.
He had to be helped off of the field by trainers.
Let’s just hope I’m wrong here. I would love to be wrong. pic.twitter.com/4qBacEMV6c
He will have an MRI on Tuesday.
Durant himself was spotted at the Washington Commanders-Arizona Cardinals Week 1 matchup in Landover yesterday. Durant is from the DC area and has always supported Washington's professional football team. He was also at the U.S. Open on Saturday.
