Suns-Mavericks Set ESPN Viewership Record

The Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks set an ESPN viewership record during their Wednesday night opener.

The Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks provided what was perhaps the best game in the NBA's opening slate of games. 

The numbers would support that claim. 

Damion Lee hit a game-winner jumper with ten seconds left to put the Suns up 107-105 over the Mavericks. After an offseason full of storylines and rumors, Phoenix (somewhat) put their postseason loss behind them to begin the new year.
