And then, there were two.

The Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics are set to meet in the 2022 NBA Finals after successfully navigating through their respective conferences.

After a surprising sweep of the Brooklyn Nets, the Celtics successfully won in back-to-back Game 7's against Milwaukee and Miami before advancing to their first NBA Finals appearance since 2010.

Steph Curry headlines an extremely talented Warriors squad led by coach Steve Kerr, but the Celtics also possess their own firepower. Jayson Tatum (who won the award) was among five Celtics starters to receive a vote for Defensive Player of the Year.
