JaVale McGee Hosting Charity Softball Game; Chris Paul, Devin Booker Confirmed to Play

McGee, through his charity JUGLIFE, is set to host notable names during a softball game.

While the Phoenix Suns may be done taking the court for the 2021-22 season, the diamond is another story.

Suns center JaVale McGee, who is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, officially announced a charity softball event that will be hosted at Chase Field on Wednesday, June 22.

Suns teammates Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Cameron Payne and Mikal Bridges are set to attend. Deandre Ayton, who was initially featured on a flyer prior to the official announcement, was taken off and replaced by Payne.

JUGLIFE, an organization with a foundation message of "committed to bringing awareness to the lifestyle that drinking water can provide. We emphasize the need to appreciate, conserve, and promote water for a successful life," focuses on providing clean water across the globe.

Here's the official statement on the charity game:

Tickets are available for purchase on Ticketmaster, and are as low as $25.
