John Altobelli Was a Beloved Figure at Orange Coast College and in His Community
The tragic helicopter crash in Calabasas, California that took the lives of nine people brought everything to a standstill. The passing of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna garnered most of the national attention. However, for Orange Coast College in Coast Mesa California the incident hit close to home. Beloved baseball coach John Altobelli along with his wife Keri, and their 13-year-old daughter also lost their lives in the crash.
