The Charlotte Hornets' have been to the NBA playoffs twice in the last seven seasons, most recently in the 2015-16 season. Both seasons ended with the team losing in the first round. For a team that has perennially been on the fringe of the postseason, will the Hornets front office make the decision to do a rebuild? SI’s Rohan Nadkarni tells Madelyn Burke that until Charlotte can find a good mix of young talent they will be stuck in the middle of the pack.
