Video Transcript:

The Nets announced they will open the team practice facility on Tuesday amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

This comes after New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Sunday that New York state sports teams are permitted to begin spring training as long as teams follow the appropriate health protocols.

The facility will be open for voluntary player workouts, and said in a statement “the organization will strictly follow the protocols outlined by the NBA and infectious disease experts to ensure that all precautions are taken.”

The team reportedly will not yet be recalling players who are out of town.
