With the Wizards and Nets Rosters Decimated, Should the Playoffs be Re-Formatted?

The NBA is set to bring 22 teams to Orlando for the resumption of the season later this month. But when the 16 playoff teams are set it will be in a traditional format. Sports Illustrated host Robin Lundberg talked with Senior Writer Chris Mannix about his idea that the league should have used this opportunity to reseed the postseason by record regardless of conference affiliation going forward.
