Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a lower back injury during the Bucks' playoff game against the Heat and did not return. Despite initially staying in the game, he was seen heading to the locker room before the end of the first quarter. 

Bucks' head coach, Mike Budenholzer, stated that Antetokounmpo's X-rays came back clean and they will monitor him to see how he feels on Monday. In the meantime, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday stepped up but couldn't lead the team to victory. Antetokounmpo's availability for Game 2 remains uncertain.
