Steph Curry's Status for Warriors vs. Thunder Revealed

The Golden State Warriors are set to face the OKC Thunder for the fourth time already this season, and they will once again have Steph Curry available. Curry has played in eight-straight games since his two-game injury absence, which is great news for the Warriors.

While Curry has been available for all but two Warriors games this season, Golden State still sits a game below .500 on the year, which is disappointing. Looking to break out of this early season slump, the Warriors have a tough test on Friday night against OKC.

The Thunder are currently the 2nd seed in the Western Conference, which has taken some by surprise. Many felt the Thunder were ready for a leap this season, but being one of the top two teams in the conference approaching the new year is certainly beyond what most saw coming. That said, the Thunder have built a very solid young core that looks ready to establish themselves as one of the premier teams in the league.

Golden State has had some great battles with the Thunder this season, and this game should be no different. Curry and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander are two of the very best guards in basketball this season, and always put on a show whenever they face off. Looking to pull back to an even .500 on the year, Golden State is looking for a big win over OKC.
